Hollyer House is a mixed housing development comprising studio, one, two and three-bedroom units, at varying rates of affordability. Select units will be allocated as supportive housing for women referred by Cornerstone Housing for Women and the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre. The remainder of the units will feature a mix of below-market rents and average-market rents.

Rents include utilities (gas and water), with tenants paying their own hydro.
Discounted internet and television service plans may be available from Rogers to qualifying tenants.
