WELCOME
Hollyer House is a new four-storey, 35-unit mixed use apartment building in Ottawa’s west end, the Bells Corners neighbourhood. Its excellent location is close to schools, community services and retail amenities all within a walking distance. It features a mix of units and rental affordability options with a focus on supportive housing for women and families.  The first floor houses a community health and resource centre for the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre (WOCRC) and FAMSAC food cupboard.   It has been developed as a partnership between the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa and Christ Church Bells Corners, with funding contributions from the City of Ottawa’s Action Ottawa program and CMHC.
